ODT-26 CK62 new case for cheap mechanical keyboard

This project is still a work in progress, so some assembly steps currently require manual fitting and gluing.

Included Files

• Main Case Parts
  • Split case sections that form the outer shell of the ODT-26.
  • Designed to be assembled together using the included alignment pegs.
• Alignment Pegs
  • Small connector pegs used to align and join the case sections.
  • These should be glued into place during assembly.
• PCB Standoffs
  • Separate printable standoffs for mounting the PCB.
  • These are intentionally separate pieces and need to be glued into the case manually after test fitting the PCB.
• Additional/Variant Files (if included)
  • Alternate versions or test parts used during development.
  • Some files may change in future revisions as the project evolves.

Assembly Notes

• The case is not snap-fit at the moment.
• Use the included pegs to align the case sections and glue them together.
• PCB standoffs are provided as separate parts and must also be glued into position manually.
• It is strongly recommended to:
  1. Test fit the PCB first
  2. Verify alignment
  3. Then glue the standoffs in place
• Because this is still an evolving design, minor sanding, fitting, or adjustments may be required depending on printer tolerances.

Status

This is an early public release / WIP version of the project. Future revisions may include:

• integrated standoffs
• improved mounting solutions
• easier assembly
• cleaner internal tolerances
