Description

Hi, and welcome to my model page. To see this and many more guitar models like it, please come see mine and ML Innovations collection of guitar models and accesories using this link below: https://makerworld.com/en/collections/5352306-wallymocha-ml-innovation

This model is inspired by the late Randy Rhoads' 1974 Gibson Les Paul. This model is just shy of being 12" long. And it is a great-looking desk ornament if you ask me. There is also an easter egg in the print profile if you use the Bambu Studio app. More details down below. For more cool miniature guitars to print. Follow this link to my collection: https://makerworld.com/en/collections/5352306-wallymocha-ml-innovation.

For the filaments, I primarily use Sunlu brand PLA (Yellow, Gold, Copper, Black, White & Oak). I also used Elegoo Gold for the inlay on the headstock, as the original guitar had a different sheen on this piece. I used Yellow for the body and neck. Black, White, Silver for the fretboard. On the headstock, I used Sunlu Gold, Black, and Oak, and Elegoo Gold for the decorative diamond shape in the middle. All the hardware is Sunlu Gold. The knobs are Copper. The binding around the body is Black and Oak.

If you have read this far. You must be itching to read about the easter egg I mentioned above. Well, the fun part of this print profile is that you actually get two guitars in one. You will need to be able to use Bambu Studio to set up the model. But there is a 3-pickup Les Paul model lurking in the shadows of the build plates.

If you color it appropriately, you may end up with a guitar that looks like this one.  Plus I added some different styles of fretboards and other hardware, that if you really just wanted to make a custom Les Paul, you can. Enjoy the print! And post pictures :)

For best results. I recommend using a High Flow nozzle (I use 0.4mm HF). And a supertack cool build plate from Bambu or Biqu. These are what I recommend for best adhesion and best speed.

I have made a general video describing my many techniques of making these guitar models. I use mostly just super glue, flat file, sand paper and a select size of drill bits to build them. And I use 0.25mm fishing line to add the strings to the model. I go over this in fine detail, just follow the link below for more:
