Description

1957 Mercury Turnpike Cruiser Rear Deck Window Emblem Mounting Gasket

Precise 3D-printed replacement for the original rear deck window emblem gasket on the 1957 Mercury Turnpike Cruiser.

This part is identical to the factory dimensions — two round mounting holes and the central rectangular slot that the light can pass through. It restores the proper seal and cushioning between the emblem and bodywork.

Print in flexible TPU (95A–98A recommended). Rigid materials like PLA or PETG will not compress or seal correctly. The blue sample in the photos was printed in TPU and fits perfectly.

Designed in Autodesk Fusion 360, tested on an actual car, and ready to install. A quick, inexpensive way to bring your classic Mercury back to showroom condition.

(See photos: CAD model, original black gasket vs. fresh TPU print, and installed view on the rear deck window.)
