Custom Replacement Gasket for Philips Avance Pasta Maker HR2382

Tired of water and egg leaking out of your Philips Pasta Maker during the kneading process? Since Philips doesn't offer a proper individual replacement gasket, I designed and custom-built this model. It fixed the leaking problem completely – my machine is perfectly sealed again

Important Material & Printing Tips:

• Material: You absolutely need to print this with TPU (flexible filament). Rigid materials like PLA or PETG will not work for a seal
• Filament Hardness: I printed my first successful version using TPU 95A. However, I highly recommend using a softer TPU (like 85A) if your printer can handle it. Softer material provides an even better and tighter seal
• Food Safety Note: Since this part comes into contact with liquid ingredients (water, egg), using a food-safe certified TPU filament is highly recommended

3. Print Settings

You can perfectly enter these values into the parameter fields:

• Filament: TPU (95A or softer like 85A)
• Infill: 100% (Solid). Important: Gaskets should always be printed completely solid so that no liquids or bacteria can collect in small cavities
• Layer Height: 0.12mm – 0.16mm (Fine). Finer layers ensure a smoother surface on the outer sides, which significantly improves the sealing effect
• Print Speed: Print nice and slow (typical TPU values, approx 15–30 mm/s) so that layer adhesion is perfect and the filament does not clog in the extruder
