The goal of this design was to make it as bando-proof as possible. The structure protects the battery and the top section is reinforced to absorb impacts, which is usually the part that takes the hardest hits during crashes.

You have the original version, which is made for setups where the LiPo is mounted facing forward and the XT60 is not running along the side of the battery.

The V1 and V2 version, designed for people who mount their battery facing backwards and also don’t run the XT60 on the side of the battery.

I also added new versions so you can route your XT60 along the side of the case underneath your straps if needed.

These are available in original, V1 and V2.

And last but not least I added a medium thick and extra thick version. Even more strong and durable!

The goal is simple: maximum protection while keeping compatibility with as many setups as possible.

This FPV LiPo battery protector can easily be adjusted to fit almost any battery size, so you can modify it to match your own LiPo dimensions.

I personally designed the original versions to fit my Tattu R-Line batteries:

• 1300mAh V6 ST
• 1480mAh V6 SQ
• 1400mAh V5

The 1300 V6 version also fits the Tattu R-Line 1200mAh V5 and the ovonic 1300mah 130C.

Print Settings

Material: TPU
I use: Sainsmart TPU 95A

• 19% infill for the main body
• 30% infill modifier on the top part of the case itself (see 3MF files)
• 4 wall loops or more if you want more durability
• Gyroid infill patern

The included .3MF files are already configured with these settings and ready to print.
