A1 AMS 2 Pro top mount Foot for Storage Stand

I use the Bambu Lab A1 together with the
AMS 2 Pro as a top mount – in combination with a storage stand with a drawer

This creates a problem:

The top mount requires the original Z-Axis Stiffener for stabilization, which normally rests on the floor.
However, due to the storage stand, it "floats" in the air and loses its function – the setup becomes unstable and can tip over

🔧 Initial Situation

❗ Problem

The original Z-Axis Stiffener is designed to rest on the floor

Due to the storage stand:
→ no floor contact
→ no stabilization
→ increased risk of tipping

✅ Solution

I designed an adapter foot that:

• compensates for the height difference caused by the storage stand
• correctly supports the Z-Axis Stiffener again
• stabilizes the entire setup

This allows the following combination to work reliably:

👉 A1 + Storage Stand (1 drawer)
👉 AMS 2 Pro Top Mount
👉 Z-Axis Stiffener
👉 + this adapter foot

🧩 Result

• stable top-mount solution despite the stand
• no more tipping
• clean integration of all components
• existing designs can still be used
