Hi, you can find how to install the screen drivers by looking up raspberry pi 3.5" display. You will also need to install raspberrry pi os first, just google that. I do not currently have any support for batteries due to the large amout of current required, and many solutions require the gpio pins which are used up by the screen in this case.

of cause. Here is an amazon link for one that should be available in the US, tested with a random US zip code: https://www.amazon.com/Hosyond-480x320-Screen-Display-Raspberry/dp/B0BJDTL9J3?

I'm afraid that I don't currently have access to a 7" screen, but I will make one if I do. I may in the future make a version for the 5" official pi display tho.
