This is a minimalist, 3D-printed honeycomb sphere designed to showcase geometric elegance and efficient structure. The model features a repeating hexagonal lattice pattern that creates a lightweight yet visually striking form.
The open-cell design allows light to pass through, producing interesting shadows, making it ideal as a decorative piece, desk accessory, or conversation starter. Thanks to its flexible lattice structure, the sphere also bounces surprisingly well, adding a fun and interactive element.
For best results, print with TPU to achieve maximum bounciness and squishiness. I personally used SUNLU TPU Silk with great results.
