Description
This is a fully printable 3D-designed case configured to hold (10) 3ml peptide vials and (1) Hospira Bacteriostatic (BAC) Water 30ml bottle (35mm x 75mm). It is a compact design with a custom internal layout that keeps all vials from rattling or clinking, and it features an integrated printable latch for ease of assembly.
Design Details
- No Hardware: The top, bottom, and latches are designed to snap together.
- Secure Insert: A custom internal insert keeps all 10 small 3ml vials upright and prevents them from moving.
- Hospira 30ml Slot: Dedicated large slot specifically sized for one 30ml Hospira BAC Water bottle.
- Compact Scaling: Slimmed down to fit easily in the fridge.
- Material: Printed in PETG. PETG or PLA+ is recommended to ensure the latch and snap features can flex without breaking, and should have no issues with PLA.
Print Settings
- Filament: PETG (Recommended), PLA+, or PLA.
- Supports: None needed for the main body; tree supports are optional for clean overhangs.
- Walls: 3
- Infill: 15% (Gyroid recommended)
Assembly
Once the parts are finished printing, assemble the top and bottom pieces, attach the printable latches, and push in the insert. The insert is designed to be a tight fit so it stays locked in place, and the snap fit is snug to ensure the case stays together during use.
