I have made a screened bottom here for the polystyrene supers of the Miniplus hive.

The bottom consists of 2x 4 parts. The mesh needs to be attached between the upper and lower parts before gluing them together (available in any beekeeping supply store) 

I "welded in" the mesh with a 3D pen

 

The entrance reducer can be rotated to block the entrance for transport.

 

For outdoor use, I would recommend printing this at least in PETG.

 

A drawer to close off the bottom for varroa treatment and an alighting board are still to come, I haven't finished those yet.
