An adorable envelope that closes with a paw!
After the Heart Fold Envelope model, here is the feline version!
This envelope is designed to be printed flat and folded without any glue to form a cute cat head that locks everything in place
It's the perfect project to accompany a small note, a gift, or an invitation
Model Features:
- Zero Glue: The locking system is achieved by interlocking the two halves of the cat's head
- Ultra-fast printing: Approximately 20 minutes depending on your settings
- Filament-saving: Perfect for finishing your leftover spools
- Flexible: Designed to be folded right after printing
Printing Tips:
- Material: PLA works perfectly. If you want something more flexible and durable, PETG is ideal for hinges
- Layer: 0.20mm (Standard)
- Infill: 100% (given the thinness, this doesn't impact print time)
- Tip: For a two-color finish like in my photos, you can use a color change on the last layers to make the eyes and whiskers stand out!
📂 Folding Instructions:
- First, fold the top and bottom flaps towards the center
- Fold both sides (the cat heads) towards the center
- Slide the two slots into each other to form the cat's face and seal the envelope
