19" 1U Rack-Mount Toolless Keystone Patch Panel
Print Profile(1)

Description
Here’s my model of a simple blank patch panel. I wasn't satisfied with patch panels that required tools and fasteners for connections, so I decided to design my own connector.
Printer Settings
The connection must be very snug, so calibrating your printer and filament is essential. If not, you may find it difficult to assemble the parts together. Additionally, there are unavoidable overhangs in the areas where the Keystone inserts are located. I opted to use support structures for a better surface finish, but feel free to remove this setting if you don’t want or need it.
I recommend using PETG HF for the parts due to the rack temperatures.
Assembly
Push the connector in firmly until it clicks into place. The connector is labeled with “front→”, indicating that if you are facing the rack, the arrow should point towards you.
