Description
This project is a functional rooster weathervane designed to accurately respond to real wind direction.
Unlike decorative wind spinners, this model is engineered to actually orient itself with the wind using a low-friction pivot system and a carefully balanced aerodynamic design.
The rotation system features a pointed pivot with optimized clearance, allowing smooth movement even with very light wind.
The model is designed to be accessible and easy to print:
- No AMS required
- Minimal tolerances for reliable performance
- Printable on most standard 3D printers
All parts are optimized for simple assembly and durability, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

istruzioni per il montaggio:
il cilindro Piu grande vuoto all interno ospiterà le aste con le lettere N,S,W,E
sul fondo del cilindro grande dopo aver montato le aste adrà incastrato il cilindro minore, che terra in posizione tutto senza utilizzo di colla
sul fondo del cilidro piccolo va incastrata la base
e il gallo va incastrato sulla parte alta del montaggio ricavato negli ultimi passaggi
