Description
This is a clamp for use on helical (corrugated) flexible hoses / pipe to provide a good fit when connecting it. Typically this sort of hose would use a two wire clip as the raised ridges prevent wider flat clips such as jubilee clips. Unfortunately, if you are unable to disconnect the hose to fit a two wire clip, they are worse than useless.
This clamp is in two parts and designed to be used in conjunction with a jubilee clip. It has 100% infill and the filiment alignment is designed to give the clamp the most strength from sustained compression. I designed this for use with 38mm hose which is typically found on ponds and similar water-based systems. Because of the environment and context it will be used in, this is best printed in PETG.
I designed this to be parametric, but I have never uploaded a parametric design so not sure how well this will work.
