It's almost like a secret message from the designers, waiting to be cut out and reassembled into a new project. Whether for "Selvedge Quilts", personalized gifts, or small fabric messages – collecting these letters is a passion in itself

To prevent the search for the right "A" or "Z" from ending in chaos, I designed this organizer. It is perfectly tailored for small fabric squares and brings order to your studio, while also building anticipation for the next word

The box is designed as a **5 × 5 grid** and offers a total of 25 compartments. The design is optimized for material efficiency without losing stability for its intended purpose

• **Inner compartment dimensions:** approx. 1.4" × 1.6" (Height: 0.75")
• **Overall dimensions:** approx. 182.8 × 212.3 × 20.1 mm
• **Wall thicknesses:** * Outer wall: 1.2 mm
  • Inner webs: 0.8 mm (perfect for two lines with a 0.4 mm nozzle)
  • Bottom: 1.0 mm (lightweight and material-saving)

Print Recommendations (Print Settings)

The box is designed to print quickly and use little filament, as its stability primarily comes from the vertical walls

• **Nozzle:** 0.4 mm
• **Layer height:** 0.20 mm
• **Perimeter lines:** 2
• **Infill:** 10–15% (Grid or Gyroid). Since the box bears hardly any mechanical load, you can be very economical here
• **Material:** PLA is ideal, but PETG also works wonderfully

**Tip:** If you want to sort all 26 letters of the alphabet, you can print two boxes – this way you'll also have space for special characters or duplicate letters! Have fun organizing and patching! 🧵✨
