I always wanted a behind-the-saddle water bottle and Garmin-Holder solution for my Canyon Speedmax but either didn't find what I was looking for or didn't want to pay the astronomical price that comes with triathlon gear… so I designed it myself. And since in life and especially in triathlon, the spirit should be to help each other, I share my design with you 😇
The holder bolts onto the SP0049 stem with M5 bolts & the saddle can still be lowered to the 25mm mark.
Printed in PLA-CF. Should hold for some time. If not, will print in a more adequate material.
Included in my print profile are “modifiers”; don't delete them! The melt-in threads need 100% infill around to be secure.
You will need a little hardware:
- M3 and M5 bolts & corresponding melt-in threads
- female Garmin holder
- cheap carbon fiber bottle holder)
The assembly should be self explanatory 🤓
