Description

Lower back Release Claw V4 – Extended Deep Tissue Release Tool (Back, Hip & Pelvic Muscles)

This is an upgraded version of my original QL claw — redesigned to be longer, more supportive, and capable of deeper, more targeted pressure.

While originally designed for the quadratus lumborum (QL), this extended version now effectively targets multiple hard-to-reach muscle groups:

🎯 Target Muscles

  • Quadratus Lumborum (QL) – lower back tension & stiffness

  • Gluteus Medius – lateral hip pain & stability work

  • Iliopsoas (especially Iliacus) – deep anterior hip tightness

  • Piriformis – posterior hip & sciatic-type discomfort

💡 What Makes This Version Better

  1. Longer lever arm → Steeper incline significantly improved reach and force application and longer length provides better support.
  2. Deeper trough - to allow more space for the buttock to rest and deeper trigger point
  3. Greater pressure potential (taller trigger point) → ideal for getting into those deeper points

Two versions provided - Intense and less intense

🧠 Why It Works

Most massage tools struggle with:

  • Deep pelvic muscles (iliacus/psoas region)
  • Stabilising muscles like QL and glute med
  • Sustained pressure without fatigue

This design allows you to:

  • Apply controlled bodyweight pressure
  • Maintain consistent trigger point contact
  • Access anatomically difficult regions with precision

🏋️♂️ Ideal For

  • Gym-goers & runners
  • Desk workers with tight hips/back
  • Rehab & mobility work
  • Anyone needing targeted deep tissue release

🖨️ Print Settings
