FDM Printing Recommendations

• Optimization: Purpose-built for clean FDM printing with strong structural integrity. Because these assemble via central pegs, ensure your printer's flow rate is calibrated for accurate tolerances. Consider using a smaller layer height for the uppermost stone surfaces to beautifully capture the intricate cobblestone detailing.
• Layer Height: Recommended 0.12mm – 0.20mm for optimal detail on the rock textures, sharp geometric angles, and smooth connection pegs.
• Supports: Support-free design. All components—including the top rock plates and the central pillars—are designed with flat bottom surfaces to be printed directly on the build plate without the need for additional generated supports.
• Infill: 15-20% Gyroid or Grid infill is recommended to maintain a solid, weighty feel on the table and to provide adequate strength to the connecting pegs.
• Nozzle: Optimized for 0.4mm nozzle.
