UPS Enclosure Box for CA-403S (6×21700 + 20A BMS) – 146×84×51 mm

This 3D-printable enclosure is designed for the CA-403S UPS board, supporting a 6×21700 lithium-ion battery pack and a 20A BMS module. It offers a compact and practical solution for building DIY UPS systems and portable backup power units.

With overall dimensions of 146 × 84 × 51 mm, the box provides an efficient internal layout that securely fits all components while maintaining proper spacing for safety and airflow. The battery compartment is designed to hold six 21700 cells firmly in place, and dedicated mounting points allow easy installation of the CA-403S board and BMS.

The design includes built-in cable routing channels for clean wiring and ventilation slots to improve heat dissipation during operation. Flat side panels and accessible surfaces make it easy to add connectors, switches, or indicators based on your specific setup.

Optimized for FDM printing, the model is easy to print and suitable for most standard 3D printers. For better durability and heat resistance, PETG or ABS is recommended.
