  • Blue missions can earn points multiple times in one game, while green missions earn points only once
  • Blue Missions:
    • Driving Travel: Place 1 car +1 point
    • Development and Construction: Place a pier in a development zone tile +1 point
    • Commercial Buildings: Road surrounds a commercial building +1 point
    • Material Reserves: For every 5 piers remaining +1 point
  • Green Missions:
    • Traffic Jam: First player to place cars on 3 consecutive roads +2 points
    • Tokyo Tower: First player whose road surrounds the Tokyo Tower, their "Commercial Buildings" mission points are ×2
    • Soaring into the Clouds: Player with the tallest pier on the board at the end of the game (yellow piers cannot be used for this) +2 points
    • Conquer the Rainbow: First player to cross the Rainbow Bridge +2 points
    • Exit Ramp: First player to build an exit ramp at the airport +2 points
    • Exit Ramp: First player to build an exit ramp in the green space +2 points
    • Same Car Type: When you build a road crossing or passing another player's road, if that other player's road has a car and you place a car of the same type on your newly built road, you can take a pier from that player
