Features
Standard Version = NO Support
Safety Version = NO AMS / NO Support
Safety Version 80% Size = NO AMS&AMS / NO Support
- Structure that combines with the body of an AliExpress electric train (specific model), includes wheel parts for standalone play
- Manual supports installed for no support printing, remove supports using nippers after printing is complete
- Although designed for a specific product, you can try mounting it on other train bodies with similar spacing and width
Precautions
- After installation, the overall volume increases, so it may be difficult to pass through existing standard tunnels or bridges
- This is a no-support model Self-designed supports secure the main body Be careful with your hands when cutting with nippers
- Solutions for assembly failure due to tolerance
- Lv.1 : Super glue (when loose) , sandpaper or knife (when tight)
- Lv.2 Heat Deformation: Apply heat with a lighter then mold (using tools)
- Lv.3 Setting Optimization: Modify slicer 'XY compensation' value and reprint after size adjustment
Details
- AMS Utilization: If you have an AMS, try decorating the walls with various patterns or colors to personalize it
- Sticker Utilization: It is recommended to attach stickers to the simply printed outer walls to enhance detail
- Although a basic arrangement is provided, feel free to print with custom arrangements :)
- Horizontal printing of the main body is also possible :) After selecting the main body, right-click - split, then delete manual supports/activate supports after leveling the main body

Safety Version
After uploading "Pocket Train," I came across the Pieksekisten Design Contest and decided to participate Realizing that the current model wasn't quite suitable as a toy for young patients, I set out to create a much simpler and more secure "Safety Version"
The work is now complete While I still feel there is room for improvement, I have carefully refined every detail with the children in mind I am uploading this Safety Version with a sincere wish for their speedy recovery
Key updates include:
- Minimizing small parts to prevent hazards
- Reinforcing or simplifying components that were prone to detaching
- Integrating a safety mechanism within the wheel assembly
I truly hope this small train becomes a "Train of Hope" for them
