AA / AAA Battery Boxes – Clean & Precise

Stop dealing with loose batteries. These compact storage boxes bring order to AA and AAA batteries as well as rechargeable cells, keeping everything neatly organized and easy to access in everyday use.

Each box holds up to 12 cells, which are guided in precisely fitted slots. This keeps everything securely in place and always within reach. Both the lids and the boxes feature a two-color design and include an integrated, flat “AA” or “AAA” label while maintaining a smooth surface, resulting in a clean and premium appearance.

The lid is secured using a precisely tuned press-fit with a tolerance of 0.07 mm. No magnets or additional parts are required – simply place the lid on top and it sits securely. During transport, the batteries are guided in place; slight rattling may occur when moving, as a small amount of clearance is intentionally designed in for easy removal.

The design is intentionally minimalistic and built for everyday use in the workshop, at home, or on the go. It combines functionality with a clean and organized look.

For optimal printing results, the build plate should be thoroughly cleaned, ideally using isopropanol. If needed, glue stick or adhesion spray can be used.

My designs are intentionally created with very tight tolerances to achieve a precise and high-quality fit. On printers that are not perfectly calibrated, the lid may feel tight at first. After approximately five to ten uses, the fit will break in and perform as intended. On well-calibrated printers, everything works perfectly right from the start.
