🔧 Description

3D printable 90° hydraulic elbow with 3/4" GAS/BSP threading, designed to offer good compatibility with standard commercial fittings.

The project includes dual profiles:

  • male → female (M/F)
  • female → female (F/F)

⚠️ Important note

The double male (M/M) version was not realized because, after various attempts, it proved impossible to print correctly without internal supports, which would compromise the threads, making them unusable.

 

The male-female (M/F) version requires supports during printing, but:

  • they do not interfere with the threads
  • they are easily removable
  • they do not compromise the functionality of the part

⚠️ Warning: Not suitable for high pressure, hot water, or critical systems.
To improve sealing, the use of PTFE tape (Teflon) is recommended.
