Build a Whole Fraction Towers, Core Set is a hands on math manipulative designed to help students build one whole, compare fractions, and explore equivalencies in a concrete and visual way.

This core classroom set includes:

• 1 whole
• 1/2
• 1/3
• 1/4
• 1/6
• 1/8

These denominators were chosen intentionally to create a strong foundation for building one whole and exploring key fraction relationships, including:

• 1/2 = 2/4 = 3/6 = 4/8
• 1/3 = 2/6

Students can stack, compare, and physically build one whole, making fraction concepts easier to see and understand.
 

One of the best features of this Core Set is that all 6 towers fit neatly into one large freezer bag, making it practical for real classroom use, easy to organize, and simple for teachers to store in bins, carts, or math centres.
