Description
Make bow tightening easy!
This violin bow tensioner was designed for my daughter, who struggled to grip and turn the bow screw. It quickly proved useful—her teacher now uses it for multiple students.
The larger grip makes tightening the end screw simple, helping kids learn tensioning at an early age.
Since not all Bows are the same, i've included 4 sizes (on seperate plates):
- Cross = smallest
- No rings = Medium ( about 8.0mm, the most common)
- 1 ring = Large
- 2 rings = Extra Large
Fits most violin bows—just choose the best-fitting size or scale in slicer.
This may also fit viola, cello, or double bass bows. I haven’t been able to test those, so scaling might be needed. You can easily adjust the size in your slicer, or send me your measurements and I’ll try to help.
