Light Bulb Diffuser (for standard LED bulbs only)

I made this to diffuse the bright light bulb on the lamp next to my living room chair.  The light bulb was just too bright in my line of sight to the TV but still wanted the brightness for the room.  This diffuser cuts the light down and surprisingly works very well.  The bulb looks a little purple, but who cares.   I hope it can work for you as well.   It stands 4" tall and should accept standard size LED light bulbs and standard lamp light bulb sockets.  It is easiest to install the diffuser then slide in the bulb and twist bulb in.  Once the bulb is tight, go ahead and install the bolt and tighten.  Then adjust the diffuser as needed.  You may need to scale this up for different size bulbs.  Again, this is for LED bulbs only!!!  The old standard bulbs will get too hot and melt the plastic!  Let me know what you think!
