Key Features
Smart Mechanical Closure: The two fixed front blocks are not just aesthetic but also serve as guides for the closure. For a perfect fit, simply flex the flap slightly inward during insertion. To open it, a slight pressure or a small, mirrored flex is enough: the geometry will do the rest
Tactile and Visual Experience: The front features a unique texture of holes and raised elements, designed to create a dynamic play of shadows and a sophisticated tactile feel
Zero Hardware: Forget screws or magnets. The design relies solely on calibrated tolerances and material flexibility
The back of the lid should be glued to the back of the bag; there is a dedicated recess
Printing Tips
To ensure perfect closure tolerances and an impeccable surface finish:
Speed: It is highly recommended to print at low speed, as set in the attached print profile. Precision is the key to this project
Settings: Follow the provided design faithfully: every thickness has been calibrated to offer the right flexibility without compromising robustness
Material: Ideal in PLA or PETG to maintain the correct elastic memory in the closure flap
