Custom Terminal Construction
Unlike many adapters that use thin hobbyist tabs, this design utilizes heavy-duty 5mm (0.5cm) steel terminals for maximum durability and current flow
To complete this build, you will need basic soldering skills and metal battery terminals (standard 6.3mm spade connectors or harvested Makita-style terminals).
Wiring Diagram:
- Main Positive (+): Connect the main B-Series positive terminal to the tool's positive input.
- Secondary Positive (+): G-Series tools require a signal/secondary positive connection to operate. These should be bridged carefully (see diagram image for reference).
- Negative (-): Connect the B-Series negative terminal to the tool's negative input.
Screws: 7x M2x 20mm mini screws.
- The 20mm length ensures the screws pass through the entire body of the adapter for maximum structural clamping.
