Description
I had a clip on my Gator FX Quad Fold Tonneau Cover break. Reached out to the company and they wanted $7.99 for two clips with $12 for shipping. Decided to print my own instead.
Not only is it a replacement, but it is also an improvement. Previously, every time I let the Tonneau cover close on it's own, the prop rod would pop out of the clip. With this design I improved the retention and that no longer is the case.
Printed with PA6-CF for durability. I recommend PETG at a minimum to withstand the temperature cycles.
