Portable Film Developing Tank
Printing Instructions:
- Recommended 0.15 or 0.2 layer height, basically multiples of 0.6 when designing the model
- Print type B files, type M is a test model for the heating function, some parts are interchangeable
- Need to print two shafts, place them on the tank lid during assembly, then cover with the inner lid
- The inner lid needs supports, other parts do not
- One film spool designed for plastic film cartridges, requires disassembling a plastic film cartridge
- The shaft needs to be matched with an M3 countersunk screw and a copper pillar with an M3 hole (nylon pillars have different dimensions, not applicable)
Developing Instructions:
- When winding the film and spool, wind in a "Z" shape, note that both the cartridge and the spool are "head down"
- After starting development, continuously turn the shaft without stopping until it can no longer turn, then pull out the turntable and switch to another hole, continue turning in the same direction (clockwise for clockwise, counter-clockwise for counter-clockwise)

Other:
- Suggestions are welcome
- Very economical with chemicals, less than 100ml per use
- Chemicals can be poured in through the lid
- Develop according to the normal developing process
- Many versions have been made, slightly different from the version in the instructions
- Currently this is not particularly good, it might leak if not careful
- A version with automatic constant temperature will be made later, still being debugged
- Personal email oberon@mail.tust.edu.cn

It works
Test version with wound silicone heating wire, to be released later
Previously made constant temperature controller, to be improved and released later
