Printed very well. Used PLA Silk Gold. Was worried in the beginning when the gold layer started due to the nature of the silk filament. But it turned out quite good. Thank you 🙏🏽

This came out nice until I got the last plate. Somehow some purge slipped through one of the grooves. About to finish plate now, But I love this. Thank you for sharing

can we see how the back is set up?

Sure! The back uses an inner frame design. There are small grooves inside, so some supports may be generated during printing—just take your time removing them for the best fit.

new to 3D printing. can this be scaled to fit a 5x7? or will it mess up the design?

Hi! If you know how to use 3D modeling software, it will make the process easier. The frame can be scaled to fit a 5x7 size, but once you resize the main frame, you’ll also need to scale the cover plate and the back stand pieces to match.

how does the back work?? I finally got the back on but it was a very tight fit but what do you do with the small rectangle? it doesn’t fit anywhere

You need to remove the supports first, then insert the back panel into the base to use it. The small rectangle is the stand support piece for the back—it fits into the slot on the back panel. It may be a tight fit, so press it in firmly.

it was a nice concept but the back had to be sized down to fit and the block for the stand im still trying to get it to the correct size as it did not fit even 1.5% smaller than original size. the front is pretty tho!

The back piece is designed to fit fully into the frame, so it may need a little pressure to press it in securely. The back stand insert is the simplest support option I made for it, but if you find another stand that works better, feel free to share it too. Thank you for your review!
