Rubber Hose Plug - Fuel/Air/Coolant - 4 Sizes in 1

4-Sizes-in-1 plug for rubber hoses. Fuel, coolant, vacuum, air. Each barb corresponds to a different hose INSIDE diameter. ¼ inch, 5/16 inch, 3/8 inch and ½ inch. Has a flared base to easily pull out of the hose end. Less than 4 grams of filament per plug with ~20 minute print time. I suggest cloning the part and printing multiple at a time. Shouldn't need a hose clamp. Just press in.

I used it to plug a 3/8" fuel line this past weekend when I was replacing my fuel pump and it worked great. Print profile is set to have 5 walls and 25% infill for strength so it wont break when trying to remove from the hose. I broke one only because I stepped on it. So don't step on it. If your hose is stretched, cracked, or damaged, I can not promise it will hold a seal.

Be aware, most filaments are not suitable for prolonged exposure to fuel. Fuel will break down PLA. If you are going to use this to plug a fuel line, don't use it for long periods of time and considering throwing it away after each use.  I did not test how long until it becomes ineffective.
