Edit: I modified the print profile for the non-PETG support version on plate 2 as I had made a mistake carrying over the support interface settings from the PETG support to the all-PLA print. Sorry.
The TPU Assist Module case from Bambulab is not convenient at the PTFE input port. The input disconnect button is buried and is not visible making it difficult to install and remove the PTFE tube if you need to.
I designed a plate that serves as a quick PTFE disconnect and finish up the case. Additionally it serves as dust cover as well.
It is very easy to install without dismantling your perhaps already built module. Just remove the 4 side screws, back up the cover a bit, install the PTFE disconnect plate by sliding it under the inside rib, rotate it flat, slide the cover back and re-install the 4 screws, done.
You can now just push on the plate and the PTFE disconnect, it’s now also very easy to install the PTFE tube even without looking.
I included 2 plates in the print profile, the model is printed in PLA and using PETG for interface on the first plate, the second plate is all PLA including support. It takes 1h with PETG interface, 20min with PLA only. You may want to try all PLA first and if the resulting quality is OK, it will save a lot of time (supports should be easy to remove and only the back or the plate button will be slightly marred but might be OK for you as it's not visible with the module installed in its mounting bracket.
