This is a Prophecy Panel from Deltarune Chapter 4. Behind it, there are four slots for 5x2mm Magnets. You can edit those slots as you want, as they are added as Negative Parts to the main model.
Note: The Supports will look almost invisible, but using good pliers, you can remove them alright.
