Description

I used ¾" plastic corrugated conduit to protect some ethernet cables that run through a roof. I needed 3-way connectors so I made this model. I hope somebody finds it as useful as me.

The outer diameter for this type of conduit/tubing is around 24.6mm. The model is already adjusted for ASA shrink rates using a hot chamber. You might need to print the cross section and test the fit if using a different filament. Use a weather-resistant filament if you intend to use this connector. outdoors.

The connector has inner grooves that prevent the conduit from slipping out, so a tight fit is not strictly necessary (Use caulking if needed). Although variable layer height is used in the print profile, light sanding is necessary on the inner part of the model for the best fit possible. The print-orientation was chosen for maximum strength.

Required hardware:

-4 M4 X 10 screws

-4 M4 nuts

-Sandpaper

-Silicone based sealant (Optional, but recommended if you need a watertight seal)
