Description

Description

This protector would help with:

  1. Protecting candle from wind
  2. Protecting the candle from collisions
  3. Protecting your hand, clothes and floor from melted wax droppings

IMPORTANT! - it is highly recommended to print it in PETG due to higher temperature resistance.

Although PLA has not been tested, it may work as well but diameter of the cup section need to be increased.

Print settings:

I found these print settings work perfect and all layers are consistent:

Outer wall width: 0.8 mm

Scarf seam

Wall generator: Arachne

Wall loops: 2 (actually only 1 is enough)

Support: no

Brim not needed but can be added if it doesn't nicely stick to the bed
