MCHS – Modular Cosplay Head System
This starter set includes six different headbands which serve as a modular base for interchangeable ear and horn attachments
The horns can be mounted at various heights and positions
Included are various ear modules such as elf ears and werewolf ears as well as three different horn types
The system is continuously being expanded new ear and horn variants as well as regular updates to the headbands are planned
In the long term the MCHS aims to help establish a uniform and flexibly expandable standard for cosplay head modules
Some models require support structures
The preset supports can be reliably removed as they usually adhere to the print bed and not to the model
It is recommended to adopt the specified print settings and model orientation without changes
Except for one larger headband all parts can be printed on the small build plate of the A1 mini
Pins and pinholes are optimized for eSun PLA
Slight deviations may occur depending on the filament If a pin is too small a layer of painter's tape helps If it is too large light sanding is sufficient

#update 18.05.2026 - Unicorn plus headband - The horn can naturally also be combined with the other headbands and fits perfectly if you want straight horns
