boost if you want to support me ! I'm 16 so I need your support to continue 3D printing my dreams !

Transform your printing space into a clean, efficient, and fully modular filament station with this SKADIS wall system for AMS, specially designed for the Bambu Lab A1 Mini ecosystem.

This setup combines 4 rotary spool holders with an optimized PTFE tube guiding system, ensuring smooth filament feeding while maintaining clear and aesthetic organization.

Based on the modularity of the SKADIS panel, this system offers a compact, scalable, and customizable solution, ideal for optimizing your setup.

🔧 Features:

  • 🧩 SKADIS compatible modular system
  • 🔄 4 rotary spool holders for smooth unwinding
  • 📏 4 PTFE tube guides for optimized management
  • 🖨️ Fully printable with an A1 Mini

🧵 Materials:

  • PLA → main structure (panels, supports, guides)
  • PETG → critical parts (spool holder hooks + wall mounts) for better resistance

⚙️ Printing:

  • No supports needed, except for the PTFE guides
  • Designed for simple, reliable, and accessible printing
  • Lightweight but robust structure

🛠️ Assembly:

  1. Attach SKADIS panels to the wall
  2. Install spool holders
  3. Clip the PTFE guides and route the tubes
  4. Your AMS station is ready: clean, functional, and optimized

This system allows for the use of an AMS Lite or a BMCU mounted directly on the printer.

👉 For an efficient AMS Lite setup, I recommend this support (adapted to my needs) :

⚠️ Light sanding may be necessary to perfectly adjust the spool holder hooks.

This system is ideal for makers looking for a clean, optimized, aesthetic, and space-saving setup. 🚀

Can you kindly upload a photo with all things on place (filament rolls, PTFE tubes, BMCU, the printer it self) ? I am strunggling with BMCU on a AMS replica.. and this can save me.. but I need to see how PTFE tubes will make their way into BMCU. Thanks in advance and best regards

The spool holders are designed to fit the rotary spool holders of the Bambulab AMS Lite (the ones from the AMS Lite). I'm currently making adapters for those who prefer not to use them, without creating too much friction, but as a beginner, it's not so simple. I therefore advise you to first search on Majerworld for reproductions of these spool holders, or similar adapters.

These seem suitable, I would base myself on them to make my version, if you are in a hurry this is surely the right choice, if you have the financial means buy the ams lite rotary spool holders, if you have patience wait for me to progress enough to have my version with less friction

Due to the lack of enthusiasm surrounding the model, I don't have much motivation to improve it; I'll do it when I have time to spare.
