Description
Overview
Dewalt Deep Pro organizers are very robust and versatile. I've seen them used for parts, tools, cards, toys etc..
I hated having to stack/unstack them, cause every time you need something, it's on the bottom one.
So, here's the version I came up with.
- Fully support the organizer
- A single bracket for both left/right
- Adjustable front/back
- Support for pretty much any 16in drawer slides regular or soft-close
- Easy to take the organizer out and back in
Compatibility
Dewalt Deep Pro - DWST14825
Stanley FATMAX Deep Pro - FMST14820
Other brackets available
Dewalt/Stanley Shallow Pro Organizer Slider Brackets
MAXIMUM Deep/Shallow Organizer Slider Brackets
Craftsman XL Pro Organizer Slider Brackets
Print & Durability
I printed mine in PETG HF, 0.6mm nozzle, 2 walls, Gyroid 30% infill and used PLA basic as support.
You can see in the video that I was able to stand on them without any issues and I weight 200lbs. That's more than the slides are rated for.
I chose PETG cause it less brittle and more solvent/oil resistant.
You can also print these in single material with tree support on plate only. The small inside overhang will be cosmetic.
Hardware
6x Round Head #8-32 x 1/2" machine screw + nuts + 1/8" washers
or
6x M4 x 12mm Button Head screw + nuts and washers
1x Pair of 16in drawer slides. Any Regular or soft close should work just fine.
Installation
Bracket installation is simple, screw goes on the slide side, and washer/nuts on the bracket.

TIP: Leave them loose for the first slides so you can adjust the drawer depth. Then replicate for the rest.
Interior cabinet width should be 19"1/8, but you have about +/- 1/8" play. This was to have multiple brands sharing the same cabinet.
I made a Planner here so you could mix and match different drawers.
