Arizer Solo 3 Case

This is a case that I designed for my Arizer Solo 3 v2 vape. It houses:

• Vape
• 3x Stems + Caps
• Stem funnel + Plunger
• 40mm Grinder (from Aliexpress)
• Pick (that comes with the Vape)

In my pictures, I have the knock-off stems that come from Aliexpress. They are slightly longer than the original ones that came with the vape. The originals will fit too (with a little gap up top) but because of the geometry of the inserts, it doesn't slide around when the case is closed.

Assembly guide

You'll need 6x M3x30 screws to finish the assembly. You can choose to 3d print these from this model

1. Print all the parts in your desired colours
2. Layout all the parts on a table so that you know which parts of the case are the top and to bottom. Note: The latches attach to the top shell.
3. Slide the PLA inserts into the case shell. These are a tight fit and will not be separable after you're done, so make sure you have them the right way around. Refer to the pictures.
4. Add the TPU inserts into the correct slots. If they are loose, a piece of double sided tap or a small dab of glue will hold them in place
