Description

What it is

A robust XL and XXL 32 mm diameter nozzle for vacuuming tight spaces in cars, campers, and around seats. Designed for optimal airflow and consistent suction, with a very clean finish. A very stable, cheap and easy print!

This is the 32 mm version, I also made a 35 mm version, link:

https://makerworld.com/en/models/2455578-35mm-vacuum-crevice-nozzle-xl-xxl#profileId-2696220

This upload includes two lengths:
XL, 250 mm, tuned for the maximum practical height on Bambu Lab A, X and P series printers.
XXL, 320 mm, for Bambu Lab H series printers.

Key features

The suction slot is 27 mm wide and can be used both straight and at an angle. This keeps airflow available, so the vacuum cannot seal completely, and suction remains consistent. The nozzle is designed for durability, with a uniform 2.5 mm wall thickness, while still keeping filament usage low.

Fit and tolerance

Designed for 32 mm vacuum connections. Tolerance is 0.10 mm, PETG’s slight flexibility helps it fit snug and airtight.

Compatibility

32 mm round vacuum systems, compatible brands include Philips, Rowenta, Numatic (Henry, Hetty, James, etc), and Hoover, as long as your hose or wand is truly 32 mm (check when in doubt). Nilfisk can be 32mm or 31.5mm.

Print settings, profiles included

Two optimized Bambu Studio profiles are included, both support free and tuned for Bambu PETG HF. Speeds are tuned by height to keep these tall prints stable and straight, also with the use of an easy to remove brim as an extra insurance.

Material usage and settings

Low for the size: 60 gr.

No infill
No support
No AMS needed

Practical print tip

On the X1C, keep the door closed during printing. Leaving the door open for a while can cause visible shrink lines on tall PETG prints. Other printers may behave differently depending on enclosure, or no enclosure, and airflow.

Notes, safety

This is a long and tall print. Clean the build plate for best adhesion and avoid drafts.

Please double check the H series profile, since I do not own an H series printer (yet).

Test fit on your 32 mm connection before heavy use.
