Modular Pegboard Shelf System – Ideal for ÅKERBÄR / SKÅDIS Pegboard 🌿
A modular pegboard shelving system designed to create flexible, space-efficient plant setups with improved airflow and drainage.
Originally designed for the IKEA ÅKERBÄR greenhouse (small and large), this system is also compatible with most SKÅDIS-style pegboards, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of setups.
Modular Design
This shelf system prints in 3 separate pieces:
• Left corner section
• Right corner section
• Straight centre section
These can be combined in multiple ways depending on your setup:
• Left + Right = U-shaped shelf (Small ÅKERBÄR)
• Left + Centre + Right = U-shaped shelf (Large ÅKERBÄR)
• Straight only = Standard shelf
• Left or Right + Straight = Corner shelf variations
This flexibility allows you to easily adapt your layout as your plant collection grows or changes.

Ventilation & Drainage Options
The shelf uses a slice-based pattern, which can be adjusted directly in your slicer.
You can choose to:
Patterned surface (recommended):
→ Improves airflow
→ Allows water drainage
→ Ideal for humid cabinet environments
Solid surface:
→ Better for small items or decorative use
