Do you love carrying your fluffy friend in your arms? Great! But it’s important to do it the right way so that your cat is comfortable and safe—and so are you.
1. Always support the cat under its chest with one hand and under its hind legs with the other. 
2. Don't squeeze too hard
3. Pay attention to her mood. You shouldn't force cats to cuddle
4. Hold the cat close to your body; this will make it feel more secure and calm
While you're petting your cat, your blood pressure drops and stress levels decrease—scientists have even proven it! :-)
