H2C Toolhead Enhanced Cooling Fan - Back Cover

The locking latch tooth of the small backcover of the Toolhead Enhanced Cooling Fan broke, so while waiting for a replacement to be sent by Bambu, I've 3D scanned it and made a 3D model.
! The original part comes with a Ø5 mm magnet, but the slot is made for a Ø6x3 mm, as these are more common and I had a lot of these on stock.
Print it vertical on the side in order for the layer lines make the tooth stronger and avoid breaking.
 

I haven't tested it myself as gluing the tooth worked to my surprise (on the second attempt), but I'm sure the glue is not going to last, so I have one printed, with glued in magnet, waiting for it's turn to be mounted.  (not necessary to glue the magnet as the pulling force is towars the bottom of the slot) 

EDIT: The glued old cover  broke again and I used the printed one. Fits perfectly.  Just needs a little more push to clip the whole fan back in place as the tolerance is tight, but it means no vibration during printing.

EDIT 2026-04-23: I noticed the tooth and some holes need just a little bit of tweak, hence the models are updated. Now it snaps better in place.
