Replacement Floor Drain Cover - 150mm (Purus Compatible)
A custom-designed replacement cover for standard Purus floor drains with a 150mm diameter. This model is perfect if your original cover is damaged or if you want a cleaner, fresh look for your laundry room or utility area.
Features:
- Perfect Fit: Designed specifically for 150mm Purus-style drains.
- Optimized Flow: Features a balanced hole pattern to ensure efficient water drainage while preventing larger objects from falling through.
- Easy to Print: No supports needed when printed flat on the bed.
Print Settings & Recommendations:
- Material: I printed this version in PLA for prototyping/low-temp areas.
- Note: If the drain is in a shower where very hot water is used frequently, PETG or ASA is recommended for better heat resistance and durability over time.
- Infill: 20-30% (Grid or Gyroid for strength).
- Wall Loops: 3-4 for a solid feel.
- Layer Height: 0.2mm works great for a balance between speed and detail.
