Description
UPDATE: Now uploaded v2! It's very slightly tighter but won't fly off during the concert. If you scale down further by 0.5 on the X and Y axis, it still fits but this is much more difficult to adjust and it's difficult to take off. I do not recommend using PLA for v2 as this might be difficult to take off.
Inspired by firstcut puzzles lightstick sleeve which I love, I designed one for the new 2026 v4 lightstick (what we previously called v4, they're calling vSE or something). Their one didn't fit so it required an entirely new redesign from scratch.
Uses TPU though it could probably also be printed in PLA, I've just never tried. TPU means it won't scratch and it also gives a better grip, alongside the fuzzy skin. You can remove the fuzzy skin but this leads to more stringing and a higher likelihood of the lightstick slipping out of your hand mid concert! It's not perfect, but I think it looks great. Might require a tiny bit of post-processing.
Material used: I used Ziro 95A TPU on my A1 mini. I've never had a bad experience with this TPU, as long as you store it in a drybox as you print.
