Hey there! :)

What's better than a normal and comfy masquerade mask? I'll tell you: a comfy mask with more zazz and more personality! Therefore, I bring you this multi-part, demonic mask with very dramatic horns. 😌

For this design, my first goal was still to make it as comfy as possible, with little to no support material to clean up. But I also paid extra attention to its position on the face, the design of the horns, and the raw edges to give you more of a refined feeling.

Sizing Guide:

  • The published profile has a width of 15 cm (linear measure of the mask from ear to ear). This is the size that I'm wearing in the photos as well.
  • I usually wear Small / Medium face masks, so you'll be good to go if that's the case for you. But if you were more comfortable wearing other sizes, I suggest resizing the width like this:
    - XS: 14 cm
    - S: 14.5 cm
    - M: 15 / 15.5 cm
    - L: 16 cm
    - XL: 16.5 cm
  • Of course, all faces are different, and it may take a few trial and errors to find your perfect size. If in doubt, choose the larger size to ensure a more comfortable fit.
  • Remember: If you resized the mask, you have to resize the horns on the other print plate too, to be able to assemble the mask successfully. Use the final percentage of your resized mask to resize the horns uniformly.

Print Notes:

  • Quality: 0.2 mm layers.
  • Strength: 3 walls, 0% infill.
  • Speed: Lower the print speed for a smoother surface. The uploaded profile comes with a speed of 60 mm/s for outer walls.
  • Supports: Enable the supports for both plates, but "support the critical regions only" for the mask. I suggest using tree-type supports.
  • Others: Enable outer brims generation. Especially for the mask, don't shy away from giving it a LOT of brims: at least 10 mms is necessary.

Assembly & Wearing Notes:

  • Clean the print carefully before putting the mask on.
  • Use glue between the horns and the body of the mask.
  • You can use a ribbon to hold the mask on your face.

I hope you enjoy it, and happy printing! :) 🥂✨
