3-Phase Test Adapter for Electrical Installation Measurements

A set of 3-phase adapters designed for electrical installation testing and measurements.

These adapters allow easy and safe connection of measuring instruments using standard 4 mm banana connectors, making them ideal for electricians performing inspections and diagnostics.

The design is based on commonly used industrial plugs (CEE) and provides quick access to individual conductors.

Available versions

The set includes 4 variants:

  • 5-pin (3P+N+PE) – 16A
  • 5-pin (3P+N+PE) – 32A
  • 4-pin (3P+PE) – 16A
  • 4-pin (3P+PE) – 32A

Compatibility

The bayonet mount is designed for compatible industrial plugs such as:

  • SEZ industrial plug 16A / 5-pin
  • SEZ industrial plug 32A / 5-pin
  • SEZ industrial plug 16A / 4-pin
  • SEZ industrial plug 32A / 4-pin

Banana connectors

  • Designed for standard 4 mm insulated banana plugs
  • Hole diameter: 12 mm

Material: PLA Tough+ recommended (best results), other materials may also work.

Nozzle: 0.6 mm
Layer height: 0.3 mm

Supports: Yes
Brim: Not required

 

Notes

Depending on your printer accuracy, the bayonet fit may vary slightly.
If needed, adjust scaling slightly to achieve the desired fit.

Depending on printer tolerances, I had to scale the model to 100.8% in the slicer for a proper fit.

Usage

Ideal for:

  • electrical installation testing
  • inspection and diagnostics
  • measuring with multimeters or installation testers
