IKEA Uppland Sofa Back Cup Holder and Tray Insert

This is a custom cup holder and tray insert designed to fit over the backrest support of the IKEA Uppland sectional sofa.

It is designed primarily for use when lounging in the corner seat of the sectional, where the back of the sofa becomes a convenient resting surface. The model slides securely over the backrest support and creates a stable platform for drinks and small personal items.

The holder fits standard cans and similarly sized cups. A recessed tray provides a flat surface for a phone, remote, or keys. A narrow inset socket holds long, slim items such as a pen, stylus, Juul, penjamin, vape, or charging cable.
 

This model is print-in-place standing in the upright orientation it sits on the couch, requires no supports, and prints as a single solid part. The design has been extensively tested for fit, stability, and everyday use.

This is a removable, non-permanent accessory that adds function without modifying the sofa.

• Infill: 15 to 25 percent
• Walls: 3 to 4 perimeters
• Supports: None
• Orientation: Print flat as provided
• Build plate adhesion: Optional brim
• PLA works well for most environments. PETG is recommended if you expect heat exposure or frequent cleaning.
