Here we are, let the celebrations begin.
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐THIS IS (THESE ARE) MY 100TH CAR KEYCHAIN RELEASED๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
And what better way to celebrate than by releasing a beautiful combo!?!?
Here for you, for the joy of your eyes and those of others, are two of the most beautiful examples of four-wheeled vehicles ever produced:ย
the Bugatti 57SC Atlantic (the original Voiture Noire) and the Jaguar E-Type, acclaimed by critics worldwide as two of the finest automobiles ever made.
Both feature unmistakable lines that capture and captivate the eye. The beauty of their sinuous curves has helped to declare them the most aesthetically beautiful cars ever made. The first, produced in very few examples and each one different from the other; the second, an iconic car with a British flavor reminiscent of films of yesteryear (or the infamous Diabolik).
There's more to my decision: about nine years ago, I began my journey as a maker of miniature automotive-themed 3D models as keychains, specifically with a Bugatti Atlantic. At the time, I dreamed of producing keychains with working wheels. Everything was printed on an old cartesian printer derived from a Prusa, entirely handcrafted, and the model was painted by hand.
I'd say light years have passed in terms of technology used :D
And many more innovations are on the way, I'm sure.
This whole journey is continuing thanks to you, your support, your boosts, and your likes. Without this community, I wouldn't be where I am now. You are my motivation, and you will continue to be so. Thank you all so much!
For now, raise your glasses ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
...and here's to 100 more models!
Every model is PIP; the wheels are actually working.
I used AMS to achieve optimal multicolor results.
The model requires no assembly; you just need to carefully remove the tree supports already set in the print profile.
Better results can be achieved using the 0.2 mm printhead, at the expense of increased print times.
It's recommended NOT to change the print profile settings to avoid having problems with the final result.
I invite you to use tweezers and small pliers to remove the supports.
In more recent models, I've used smaller tolerances for the wheel alignment, to ensure a higher level of detail and fewer supports to remove in that area.
For this reason, it's necessary to "break in" the car once the supports have been removed (trying a couple of times) :D
